Expected more exercises or training how to, not an intro to. A decent listen though

I absolutely learned NOTHING from this "book". Here is a summary... Get rid of your iPhone when you are around people you care about. Great thanks. Never heard that before.

Definitely puts things into perspective.

Easy tweaks to realize what you could be or should be doing in order for things to take a significant turn for the better. Give it a shot. lol this book have value
