Not a Fan of Virtual Voice

The virtual voice takes away from a great story. It’s too difficult to distinguish between each character that’s speaking, there’s no emotion and the inflection is all wrong, and the A.I. doesn’t understand how to pronounce many things. It’s just all wrong.

Good story- HATE the AI narration

Story is good but AI narration was a horrible mistake in my opinion. Took me out of the story multiple times and lacked emotion. I will never listen to an AI narrated book again

Great book... enjoyed the story and turn of events that grasps your attention to keep reading/ listening.

I enjoyed this audio book. Glad my book club recommended it! I have already suggested several other people listen to it.

no personality to characters because of reader - too many misspoke words - would rather listen to a person

Virtual voice ruined a great storyline

Great storyline however the virtual voice does not do it justice. It was hard to distinguish between characters. The inflection was off and many words were not pronounced properly. It would be great to listen to again with actual narrators.

What a great story

I absolutely loved this book. I didn’t really like the AI but I pushed through bc the story was so damn good. I absolutely loved it.

This story is read by AI

I wasn’t a very big fan of the AI narration. I think I would have liked the book more if it had people reading it. It just lacked emotion and the AI mispronounced a lot of words or would pronounce it correctly sometimes and incorrectly other times. The story was good but bad narration has a tendency to ruin books for me.

Wonderful Complicated Romance

Overall a very good story. The romance is complex but very simply put together. There’s not as much smut as i typically would read but enough to keep it interesting:)

This was a GREAT slow burn!

Originally, I added this to my library in a frenzy and then I wasn’t interested in a racing book for the first time, but put it on while I decided to look for something else in all honesty. Yet somehow, Kat Ransom found a way to thread racing information in a way that had me getting caught up and wanting to know me. I felt the crush grow and was eager to get to the root of secrets. In the end, I ended up listening to this book straight through and staying up until five am, because I simply HAD to have resolution. This was amazing!
