OUTSTANDING!
What a treasure of a book! EVERY minister, of all ages & experience levels, needs to read/hear this book, not just once but at least every year. It has valuable insights on the personal life of a minister as well as how to construct & deliver a sermon. I'm purchasing a copy for every one of our young preachers but it even helped me as a 26-year veteran preacher & pastor.

Excellent perspective from the viewpoint of the preacher
I enjoyed the whole book, excellent, understandable, practical. Gives good points about the act of preaching

Things I wish I was told in my youth!
There were so many things that shined a light into what preaching actually is and how to do the job of it correctly. I forced myself to stop reading/ listening so that I could do other essential things in day to day life. I don't have much time to myself so having this book will definitely be one that I will read again & again . This is a MUST have if you believe that you are called to preach the word of God! Thank you Bro. McClintock!

Enjoyed hearing different perspectives
Good book! Very informative. Helps with becoming a better preacher. I enjoyed learning from various preachers mentioned in the book.
