A solid follow-up to the series

4-1/2 stars: Excellent narration. This book was more emotionally intense than the last one and the mystery more convoluted. There were still plenty of laugh out loud moments, though. I would recommend starting with the first book in the series rather than jumping in with this one. Looking forward to future books in this series, especially if Suzanne Cerreta narrates them.

Good Stories

2 brothers and the wife of one Jackie have a management company called Damaged Goods. Trouble and Jackie seem to go together, and the hilarious problem and murder are fun to read, good narration, given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion

i loved this book

i loved this book a f the whole series!! i wish there were more.ive unfortunately read them all . the person reading the book is great too ice been searching for books shes read as well.

gotta pay attention to this one...

Weird one this was. Lots of once seen characters that played a important roll at the end so keep a journal of who is who! Book was OK... however I'm not sure I'm racing to pick up the next in series.

I like this author and she didn't disappoint

I like the series so far. I chanced on this due to the intertwining of characters/story from another series I love (Laundry Hag), and decided to start Damaged Goods since the characters were interesting to me and wanted to know more on their backstory. The narrator is great with exception of a few places where the voice was inconsistent in tone or maybe editing, but she does the reading really well making it feel realistic. The stories actually tie out in the end, which feels somewhat rushed in the laundry series sometimes. Main character feels familiar in a she's so real to me kind of way, and this book had me laughing out loud with some of the antics in the story,but between the action, relationships, the characters and storyline, I'm hooked and looking forward to the next one. Especially since it's so rare that I find a series with a heroine that's involved in action, is funny, relatable and NOT just helpless, horny and stupid to boot.

Love triangle

The love triangle increases. In the last book, Logan saves Jackie’s life and Luke is struggling to reconcile he wasn’t the one because he was stuck in traffic. Tension is tight between the three and Luke starts acting squirrely. Jackie with her pension to being in the wrong place at the wrong time keeps finding bodies. And can’t just let the police handle it. Between dead bodies, mom trouble, strained relation ships and possible infidelity this book will keep you’re head spinning. It’s funny, it’s a cozy mystery but there is angst and heartbreak with this this rom com and it ends in a cliffhanger that has me salivating to see what happens next. And seriously who to root for!!!!

Fun story

I found this book highly entertaining. It had humor, suspense, angst, and family drama. I stayed engaged with the story the entire time. The performance by Suzanne Ceretta was awesome. I look forward to more stories in this series. I was given a copy of this audiobook in return for my honest review

I liked it but...

I didn't like this one as much as the first book in the series. The main character called another character the dark prince less which was a welcome change. I still cringed at the holding a breath or let a breath go lines. I really like the dynamic between the characters but I was sad this wasn't a simple murder mystery.
