This book gave me some great tips on storing memories. If you want to know how to learn the right way then you should listen this guide. I always thought I had a bad memory and this is a great foundation to teach all of us that our memory can be amazing if we learn the proper ways to use it. Good Info Slow Narrator

the cadence of the narrator is extremely slow. I bought the book on accident looking for another similarly titled book. overall the infromation is good and applicable.

I couldn’t even finish listening to this book because of the narrator. Maybe this was an amazing book but it was too painful to listen to- I had to stop
