too fast

reader speaks fast. not for beginners for sure. if you are a person who needs people to slow down to understand at first. this is not the product for you.

Disappointed

It would be much more helpful if the gender of nouns was also provided so that the listener could learn proper gender at the same time as learning the word.

Good One

This is a good language study if you already have the basics of the language down. I would recommend this for people wanting to enhance or refresh their skills.

Worhty Book

This is an outstanding book for anyone interested in learning or improving their German. Lots of useful information and tips on how to learn and keep learning to reach the desired level.

audio is broken and scratchy..

it's hard to listen to the book itself... it's literally an audio that says an English word then a german one... also you have to slow read speed way down just to catch what shes saying

only good for pronunciation practice

I am not a gifted savant, I was not born with a photographic memory, I cannot guess how to spell a German word by hearing it, and I cannot memorize a word's pronunciation/ meaning after only hearing it 3 times. Therefore this audio book is only good for pronunciation practice.

Not for beginners learning german

This is just a rapid fire list of German-English dictionary listings. Awful. So disappointed I spent money on this.

Good Refreshing Book

I've taken German in High school and college and needed a refresher course just to brush up. this worker great for me and would be great for anyone going traveling or to just learn basic German.

Die der das

Missing all the articles: der, die and das. Cannot make sentences without them. Otherwise would have been great.

Very Nice

This is a nicely written book. Lessons are well arranged in a step by step process, especially the grammar part. Specially recommended for those who have a rudimentary knowledge of German.
