My favorite shifter books

I love this series... you will not be dispointed. I have read and listened to The Wild Hunt Legacy several times

So good

You know. I’ve read almost all of Cherise’s books and every time, the end makes me smile! Callum is totally become a Master Z. Total match maker. But this store follows Owen who we meet in the last book. It is good to see him develop. I can’t wait until the next one! This is such a fun read and the world building is interesting! I hope the next one comes out soon!!! I am totally buying the books!

What a great series, I couldn’t wait to read the next book, and as all the others it pulled me into the storyline.

Loved it!

Sure it took a minute for this book to be released on audio and it was worth the wait.

Darcy was both fierce and vulnerable. While she has been a captive for years, I loved how her personality was both "fight and patience". She was the perfect mate for Owen and Gawain.

I'm glad we got to see Owen transform from a grumpy and sullen cahair to a grumpy, sullen, and contented cat. He transformed the most with the love and respect of Darcy (and his littermate) and I have to say, he is by far my favorite. Gawain was easy going and charming and like Darcy, he had a handle on his grief and misery enough to make himself a life worthy of contentment and happiness..adding Darcy to the mix only made it better.

We got an update on some of our favorites like Vickym Bonnie, the apha female (her name escapes me- I think it's Shay) and of course, Heather (whose book should be next).

There was the rescuing of the human villagers and Darcy's other shifters..we had a birth and more gatherings. All in all, it was a great story and the narration was on point as always. Although it isn't 100% necessary to read this story..since it's been a minute, I have to go back and re-read (listen) to the other books so I can familarize myself with the other characters. It will be great to see where it all began again.

Love will prevail

This is the my third read of Leap of The Lion; it is the fourth book in the Wild Hunt series! These are standalones that are best read in series order so the reader can fully embrace the Cold Creek Shifter Community. Each of the characters in this story (Darcy, Owen & Gawain) has a dark past and there is much that they overcome to achieve a happily ever after together. I have this story as an ebook and in Audible format. Cherise Sinclair is a Queen among romance writers and this series should not be overlooked.

Very Enjoyable

I love this series and can't wait for #5 to come to audio!

In this book, we meet Darcy, who has been held captive for a decade or more but finally escapes and makes it to Cold Creek to get help for the rest of her village. I loved the way this story moved, the way the author brought in the characters from previous books (all of whom had to work together to solve this problem), and the sexy relationship between Darcy and her two cat shifters.

My favorite thing about Cherise Sinclair is the way she moves me to feel strongly about her characters. She knows how to use injustice to create sharp stings, as well as how to make the embrace of love bittersweet for those who aren't quite ready to accept it.

My one reservation about this book -- this whole series -- is the full moon mating thing every unmated shifter has to do.The idea of being forced to open myself to pregnancy (likely TRIPLETS) without a mate or mates to support me feels desperately unfair. To make it worse, there's this constant criticism of selfish, lazy women by the male characters (gold diggers) and all I can think is that if I had to birth a litter, I'd like some financial stability, too. These men just get to go to the full moon events, have sex, and then walk away with no strings but that's just not how it is for the women. Shouldn't those men have to support the single mothers their system is designed to create? It's very bizarre. And once again in this book, the heroine doesn't quite make it to a full moon event, which just leaves me feeling like if it were such a good idea, why do we have to keep finding ways for the MC to avoid them?

Ms. Sinclair does it again!

I love this series so much can't wait for the audio on next book!

Gawain , Owen, and Darcy‘s story is fantastic I am so happy after all of their awful pasts that they were able to find such a wonderful loving life together. So glad to see Callum, Alec, and Vickys Story update. The narrator of the story did a fantastic job bringing it to life. Can’t wait for the next in the series.
