The Warden Strikes Again!

Although I had been looking forward to Lassiter's story I have say I was a little disappointed in this book. I loved Lassiter and Ravyn's finally getting their HEA my disappointed came that there was too much Lash and Devina and not enough of the Brothers. I think I. the earlier books seeing all of the interactions withe the Brothers and their shellans is what made the stories so special. I didn't have a problem with the time jump but what happened to Phurys story regarding Agony? not saying I didn't enjoy this but would have like more of the Brotherhood. This is a BDB book. As always Jim's performance was spot on and amazing!!

Lassiter at Last!

This is JR'S best book since The King. These are classic BDB in the best way possible. Lassiter and Ravyn managed to keep me on the edge of my seat numerous times. it's a beautiful story. Thanks, JR! I would have loved to have a little more interaction with the brothers, but other than that it was excellent.

Love the continuity of always hearing Jim F doing the narration. He brings so much to the telling of the saga. This book you finally get to see the tender heart beating in the cocky smart-ass that has been Lassiter to this point. J.R. if you read this. please continue w LW , I worry about what his life has been like without Wrath and what it will be like in the future..and Nala too!
