Quick listen, Sweet romance

The narration is good; I liked the bit of gruffness to his voice.

This story is all in the male POV; which was fine for a quick story like this, but I would’ve like it a bit better to have Roni’s POV to connect more with her. I didn’t care for her bad girl routine, but I think Zac and Her are good for each other. They have a sweet connection with some steam. Both are dealing with the death of Zac’s brother, who was also Roni’s best friend; the backstory is nice. Overall, a quick, entertaining story.

Elaine Marie works magic once again, penning a lot of story in eighty minutes. There are interesting character and storylines, some intense and emotional. “L8R London”
is a story of love, loss and finding love again. Thank you for another entertaining & enjoyable story!

I listened to the audible edition, Conner Goff is a wonderful narrator. He performs the voices of all the characters & sets a nice tone for the story and tells it in a perfect flow. Thank you for a great listen!

Short and sweet.

Zac and his brother Edwin grew up next door to Roni and they shared a love of motorcycle racing. When Edwin passes away during a race both Zac and Roni are devastated, and they choose to handle their grief in different ways.
Roni is now back in town and the chemistry between them is stronger than ever but will Roni’s need to honor Edwin’s memory destroy the future they could have together?

Love it

Steamy, emotional, and a quick listen. The opening grabs your attention from the start, and before you know it you've been sucked into a hot, whirlwind romance. Bonded forever by a tragedy, the love they share is definitely one for the ages. Highly recommend.

Emotional second chance romance

The author has an amazing talent of writing such emotional, impactful romances that tell a fulfilling story all wrapped up neat within a novella sized box. In "L8R London", we have a second chance couple dealing with loss, love and finding their way into each other’s hearts. A fun element to this series is that it overlaps characters and I’m falling in love with the FYI cast. I can’t wait to see what’s next, or who’s next in the group to find love. The narration was great… but I was expecting it to have included a British accent to correlate with the title, as book one had.

Second chances

Elaine Marie's second book of this series is all about loss, love and second chances. Zack lost his brother, Edwin in a horrible motorcycle accident, and from then on swore off riding his bike. Life is about to change for him when Roni, the love of his life and his brother's best friend comes back home to participate in the race Edwin died in. This short has it all, the second chance at the love they deserve, the emotions of grief and even a cameo of characters from book 1! Connor Goff gave the story a great narration and I enjoyed this short and look forward to the next.

A Race to the Finish

A short, sexy read or listen from the male's point of view. The story opens with a sexy dream of the one girl who rocked Zac's world and when she unexpectedly comes back to town she opens up a whole lot of memories and emotions. Zac works in law enforcement and vows after his brother's death to end illegal street racing. However, he does not expect the leader of the pack to be Roni, his brother's best friend and the girl he grew up with. The girl in his recurring dream.
Roni promised her friend they'd race the Palace and she feels she owes it to Edwin. Zac's goal is to keep Roni safe and as his but the girl has a mind of her own.
I listened to the audiobook. Conner Goff is a new to me author and I truly enjoyed his narration of Ms. Marie's story. His gruff and gravelly Zac comes off sexy and authoritative. While Roni and his sister are both sassy and full of attitude. I'll certainly be looking for more books by this narrator and author

Second Chance at Love Novella

This is the second book in the FYI <3 Series. I love short stories! Roni and Zach's second chance at love story is fast-paced. The street racing back story is interesting. I'm looking forward for the next book in the Series, WTF Venice. Conner Goff has a great voice, easy to understand. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
