Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2025 This is part of a series and I didn't read the previous books, but it can be read as a standalone. Also, my first time reading this author but definitely will not be the last... she can really write a story you can't put down!! OMG, this couple was HOTT, the chemistry was jumping off the pages! Jude and Aubrey have know one another since he is best friends with her brother that is 10 years older. She has always had a crush on him, but when he attends her 18th birthday party, he finally notices her but doesn't do anything about it thinking he has time to let her grow up a bit. When Aubrey comes home after graduating from college, she comes home engaged and Jud realizes he missed his chance and tries to talk her out of it, saying she's too young to get married etc. He wants her to call off her wedding because he wants her for himself, but she doesn't. But when she comes home 3 years later after announcing she is getting divorced, all bets are off, Jude is not going to lose her again. But what about his BFF... Her Brother, who will kill him for being with his sister... how long can they sneak around???
