This book documents the harm that addiction to pain medication causes. The writer has done his research and is a professional.

I couldn’t wait for it to finish.

This book could have been a quarter of the length it was. I appreciate the author’s sincere concern for the victims of the opioid epidemic, yet he goes way over the top making his points. Additionally, I realize there are some bad LEOs, but he tries to make them all out to be bad, when many of them are just trying to do their jobs within the many constraints the system places on them.

I have followed several of these girls cases and I am not at all surprised by the theory of a serial killer. I believe there are a couple. Must read for Ohioans.

My mind kept wandering as I listened to lots of details. Maybe it would have been better to read than to listen.

Hits close to home

I live in Ohio and knew there were women missing. I followed the Chillicothe story. But, I had no idea there were so many. The opioid crisis is evident here. Now, after listening to this book, I’m convinced there is a killing crisis as well.

A refreshing lens on true crime

I highly recommend this book as a different take on serial killers and the vulnerable people they prey on.
