Millionen Deutsche feiern jedes Jahr rund um den Ballermann 6 im Partyzentrum von El Arenal auf Mallorca eine ausgelassene Dauerfete. Markus Müller allerdings wäre es nie eingefallen, jemals in seinem Leben zum Ballermann 6 zu fliegen. Aber als neuer Marketingleiter der "Schippchen Brauerei" wird er von seinem draufgängerischen Chef, Dr. Ernst Stefest, nicht lange um seine Meinung gefragt. Stefest verfolgt große Pläne mit seiner Brauerei und will die 24-Stunden-Party auf Mallorca selbst in Augenschein nehmen - und Müller muss mit.
Auf ihrer Dienstreise geraten die beiden von einer abenteuerlichen Situation in die nächste. Und wo richtig gefeiert wird, kommt neben der guten Laune auch die Leidenschaft nicht zu kurz. Ein Humor-Feuerwerk voller Witz und Tempo, voller slapstickartiger Situationskomik und skurriler Charaktertypen - und natürlich auch mit einer aufregenden Liebesgeschichte.
Jörg Mehrwald, geboren 1958, lebt in Baden. Er studierte BWL, arbeitete als Redakteur und Journalist für Radio, TV und PR, wurde Gag-Autor bei Rudi Carrells "7 Tage, 7 Köpfe", schrieb Sitcoms für ProSieben und arbeitete als Redakteur für Günther Jauch und Thomas Gottschalk. Seine literarische Satire "Hyperlach" erschien als Hörbuch, als Sokrates Schulze kommentierte er auf Video das Zeitgeschehen und für den HR und den SWR schrieb er Hörspiele.
Bislang veröffentlichte er zehn Romane, darunter als Co-Autor den ersten Krimi von Sky Dumont "Prinz und Paparazzi" und mit Dieter Wedel den Roman zu "Gier". Aus der eigenen Feder stammen Titel wie "Keiner verlässt die Theke! - Eine unglaubliche Dienstreise nach El Arenal", "Ach, du lieber Weihnachtsmann - Die Wunschzettel der Prominenten" und andere humoristische Kleinode, die die deutsche Gesellschaft charmant aufs Korn nehmen. In seinem satirischem Roman "Bull oder wie eine Boulevardzeitung den Bundespräsidenten stürzte", macht er als erster deutscher Schriftsteller die Chefredakteure der größten Boulevardzeitung Deutschlands zu Sitcom-Darstellern. "Alles andere wäre für mich langweilig. Die Zeitung verdammen und kritisieren, kann jeder."
