Cute

What a fun read! I think this series is going to be so much fun. This prequel takes a crappy moment and turns it into a fun summer. Have to say I figured out the ending but still enjoyed the ride. Ready for book one. These two narrators know how to bring the heat!

Good start, excited about the rest of the series!

I grabbed this audiobook during the big Audible sale and I was looking for shorter listens to make sure I hit my reading goal this year and I was happy about picking this one. It’s a great set-up for the author’s series coming out next year and I will be on the lookout for the series to come out on audio because this one sucked me in!

I enjoyed getting to know Didi/Laney/Delaney and her flings with 3 guys who happen to be so much more to her than she ever would have guessed 🤦🏼‍♀️ (I thought they were gonna be like bullies at her new college and the It guys but this was an even better twist haha). I am interested to see how they all react to her and realize they all slept with her. I also want to know why guy #1 bailed on her! I loved guy #2, he was adorable and I gravitated towards him the most. Guy #3 was fun but the whole downplaying her freak out with the skinny dipping and what happened kinda rubbed me the wrong way a bit. I am hoping this doesn't end up with a pregnancy in the main storyline and I will explain why. I think for me, the reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because I am unsure the ages of everyone and I felt like if I were one of the guys I would be pissed and put off that I am hoping an 18 pretended to be over 21. Because she is technically out of high school I get its fine but I had a lot of friends who were still 17 at that point and if the guys are out of college it just muddles the water to me. Especially since they all had sexy times with her in a long weekend. I think if they didnt have sex with her I wouldn’t care but all one night stands with a recent high school grad is a little iffy for me without that disclosure. Nothing against the writing and steam, I enjoyed it all and will add this series to my TBL list for 2024 😊

In terms of narration this duo does a good job with whatever they do. I liked the different guys and their personalities and how the male narrator brought them to life. I enjoyed Delaney and her reactions were funny and enjoyable and loved her relationship with her mom. I can’t wait to see what happens when her mom finds out hahaha. I am interested to meet the new man in her life and how he is going to be as a stepdad and if he has any skeletons in his closet. Oh and the narrators did a great job with the ex and ex best friend! I hated them right from the get go and the couple interactions we had were done well.

they pack a lot of story into this short. smoking hot sex scenes. of course there's a cliffhanger, the book is inky two hours long. hopefully, book two will be out soon ... the story will continue. love the narration. great team!

Well Shoot, I did see that coming but I was thinking it was only going to be one guy, I had no idea it was all of them. dang thats crazy. I'm so looking forward to the next book. omg im so excited. omg talk about drama.
