Wow . We have all been waiting for Royal since The Sullivan Family series and he did NOT disappoint .. and dare I say that Veda is actually the biggest star of this show (besides the 100 times JP King was on the page .. SWOON !!) Her black cat attitude with still such a fun outlook on life made me see SOOOOO much of myself in her . And there is no better man for her than “Royal” James King !!! I am starting to have a hard time ranking these King men . Truly one of the best small town series I have ever read . AND MOTHER-FREAKING JP KING IS NEXT LADIES + GENTS SO PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR AN UNHINGED FATHER LIB IN JANUARY !!

This is book 3 in The King’s series and it can be read as a complete standalone - though i highly recommend reading this series in order !

I absolutely love this series! The way the author started Veda and Royal's story *chef's kisses* loved it!!! Can't wait for the next book. And the audio narrators amazing too😍

Charlotte North ruins another book

Lena Hendrix is a great writer. Sebastian York is the best male narrator. Charlotte North is a horrible narrator and ruins another book.

The performance was good; however, the female narrator was breathy and all I could think about when she came on was Jennifer Coolidge.

This one started out a little slow for me but did get much better. It was a good listen. I love Royal!

Boy oh boy. Royal king did not disappoint. I loved his character so much. And Veda was amazing! I loved how their relationship evolved and how they grew as a couple! I enjoyed this so much! I cannot wait to read the next book in this series!

Two Words - Royal King

Loved this story! I didn't want this to end. The narrators were so good. This book had everything: spice, drama, romance and comedy. I will be so sad when this series done.

Tattoo’d Cinnamon Roll Meets Black Cat Heroine

Royal runs a tattoo shop in the small town in Michigan and is one of the ring leader pranksters that his family plays on the other big family name in town, the Sullivans. Planning his next trick, including egging and a gallon of milk, he was set to watch the prank happen. Until he realized it’s the wrong car and wrong person but it was too late. Damage was done.

Royal also does online content for an app called, Pulse. He records content to help women with content to help boost their confidence. Kinda like a cam boy but with clothes on. He had a “fan” who would give him attitude but definitely stuck out to Royal. Veda is hired by Royal’s brother to go through paperwork to see if anything sticks out as odd. He’s trying to find out what his shady dad is up to.

One day, Veda is introduced to Royal and while talking she notices his skull hand tattoo. The same one as the guy she watches on Pulse. That’s when she figure out Royal is the man she can’t stop watching on Pulse. Royal can read Veda and knows that she has a Hard time letting go of control. He offers to help her relax a bit. The more time these two hang out, they realize how peaceful and happy they are with them around.

Royal mf’ing King… Lena blew me away with this one. This series has me in a literal chokehold. Royal King is perfection, he is a tatted golden retriever on the streets and a soft dom in the sheets. Lena outdid herself with this one. Veda brings all the black cat energy and these two together was out of this world. If you like hand necklaces and praise, this is your book.

Book 3 and we finally get answers. The mystery surrounding their mother has been a struggle for the King brothers and the truth is finally reviled. My jaw was on the floor.

The audio literally brought this book to life, highly recommend!!
