While a bit long of a listen, the length of this book felt required to properly dive into a new world of thought surrounding such interesting topics.

The deep understanding you’ll gain regarding proper plant medicine practices feels like genuine preparation for anyone interested in the topic or experience.

Even moreso, the real connection made between humans and the plant world as it impacts our longevity will likely open your eyes in new ways.

I love learning about the plants, the ancestry and journeys of both the author and his clients. This is my favorite book I’ve listened to on the subject to date. I am listening to this now in preparation for an upcoming plant medicine retreat and it’s very helpful information.

Great insights and helpful information on how to understand shamanism and plant medicine. I especially love how the author gives advice on what to do to help our dire situation with our earth.

While I am typically very critical of texts and authors that claim to be “spiritual guides”, as I listened to this book rather than being turned off by red flag after red flag, I found myself wanting to weep for finally hearing someone give words to the spirituality I had always known existed within myself, but had logically never felt like I could validate. I deeply appreciate every single chapter of this book. It left me wanting for nothing except to continue to open up my connection with the spiritual world.
