Great story
I am not familiar with the Queen Ester story so as I am listening it took me a while to understand the time periods was. But in the end it was brought out how life was then and is today. Thank you for a great story!

Great book! One of my favorite Bible stories.

So good!!
I really enjoyed the spin on this story. It was more about Esther’s friend than her, but it was so good!!
I do wish the narrator would have pronounced emma correctly and not as the name Emma.

The story is wonderful.
The choice for narrator is such a bummer but the story is so good i kept listening. She is not a bad narrator just not correct for this book and made all the young adults sound like children. If you have time read the book don’t listen to narrated version. Blessings ❣️

New Favorite!
Roseanne White has always been one of my favorite authors of all time, but may have moved to most favorite with this book! I almost didn’t begin it since it’s a story where we already know the ending. Knowing how much I’ve enjoyed every one of her books, I decided to jump in and then never wanted to stop!
This book is the perfect blend of biblical truths with incredibly talented weaving of intriguing stories. The story was romantic and real and, with that culture, may have been close to the truth! I highly recommend this book to everyone, regardless of “religious” affiliation or background.
