Passion for discipleship & not mere knowledge
The Apostle Thomas didn’t receive the title Doubting Thomas more than 2,000 years ago as D’Ambrosio says. Other speculation is not backed up, nor are the likely alternatives given mention. Would like more nuance. Overall: great work! Glad I listened…I have a paperback copy too.

Excellent
Another incredible book by Marcellino D'Ambrosio. Various new insights abounded, but what struck me most about the book was the very nature of the crucifixion and how utterly foreign the idea must have been to the Apostles. From our vantage point, the knowledge of Christ's sacrificial atonement seems reasonable, logical. From theirs it was unknown. How someone could be seen as triumphant in suffering and death was entirely new, and this book helps put us in their shoes and experience that for the first time. Well done.

Another step closer to Jesus
What a wonderful book. Well organized … well orchestrated. Author is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject , opened my eyes to many new ways to understand Jesus.
