Honest & Touching

I had to listen after hearing it mentioned in a Podcast episode (can't believe I didn't know about this book sooner). I left the groupie FB page after seeing so many posts across my NewsFeed that weren't edifying to my spirit, but reading this book was super spirit-lifting! It is a great testimony, and I NEVER tire of hearing a person's testimony 💜 Thank you, Mr. Overton, for having the courage to share this in today's times.

An Intriguing and Captivating Book!

I truly enjoyed this story, but having the author read it aloud made it that much better! I felt intrigued and captivated by it. There were moments where I shed tears and felt not only for him and what he endured, but for his loving family especially his wife who stayed by his side through it all. Most importantly we serve a mighty and powerful God and this book sheds light on that fact. God is good all the time. All the time God is good. It's definitely worth the listen. Highly recommend!
