I really enjoy the melding of genres in this one. Romance, fantasy, classics. It appealed to me on a few levels. And the narrator was fantastic. This was a good one.

You won’t regret picking this!

I felt every bit of Shay’s confusion and pull toward Jayce. It’s not just a typical romance—her inner struggle, the push between heart and mind, is so relatable. I loved how intense their connection was, but I think a few more scenes exploring Jayce’s past would have made it even more emotional. Still, this book had me hooked with the tension and chemistry. If you’re into love stories that hit your heart, this one’s for you.

This is the second book in this series and it's really good. I would like to say that yes it does somewhat have a SOA feel at times you'll get to know those things a little bit clearer as you read this book or you get it on audiobook and this is a romance and they are minotaurs. Happy reading and don't forget your helmet

The voice performance was smooth and expressive, adding real depth to the characters and making their emotions feel genuine.

Shay is such a strong character, and I love how real her feelings feel. The relationship between her and Jayce is also very cute, and I liked how they worked through their challenges. The mystery kept me guessing, but ....... wait, I nearly gave it away - let's just say I can't wait for book three!
