Very informative

I recently decided to convert to Islam after about 14 years of soul searching and repeatedly being brought back to Islam one way or another. This book really helped me to refresh on a lot of the background of Muhammad, current issues with Palestine and Israel, and just an overall perspective on Islam which helped me to break down the bias I had in my head whenever I hear the term Muslim (not intentional ofc). I loved this book, I went through it in 5 days! I will definitely be recommending this one to others. The speaker was a little slow in my opinion, but I do have a tendency to listen to all audiobooks on a speed of 1.5 to 2.7 🫣🤣

Really impressed

I've read and listened to a ton of biography of muhammad, qurans, and Islamic history texts and this covered so much so well.

Islam NOT for dummies

Very informative and full of great information. Not so much for dummies. Much more advanced than I thought

A good introduction.

A good introduction, and while at times the narration may get confusing given the variety of Tips, and Remember icons that appear in the text, this book is still one of the easiest to understand introductions to the Islamic faith.

Impossible to listen to

Many of the facts are incorrect. The fact that it isn’t written by a Muslim shows. And the narrator is unbearably monotone. It’s like listening to a robot. I’d rather chew tin foil than listen to this again.

Islam According to Islamophobes

This book is absolute garbage. Filled with stereotypes and blatant inaccuracies. 1. Shaytan was never an angel in Islam. 2. inaccurate description of Islamic heaven 3. Islam does not have saints. I could go on...

Misinformation

Coming from a recent revert, I wanted to build a good foundation but there so much misinformation listed here.
