And when I say 'meditation is no-mind', it is the completion of the pilgrimage. Witnessing is the beginning, and no-mind is the fulfillment. Witnessing is the method to reach the no-mind. Zen is not a theology, it is a unique phenomenon. Not easy to understand for a Western mind. Most religions exist around the concept of God. For Zen, the individual human is the goal - an end unto himself. So there is no concept of God in Zen. Certainly those who have been brought up as Christians, Muslims, Hindus, or Jews, cannot conceive of what sort of religion Zen is. If there is no God, then it becomes atheism. It is not; it is theism to the very core - but without God. This is the first fundamental to be understood. Let it sink deep within you, then things will become clear.

Fun lovely listen
Some distinctions made in very playful ways. There is one party in particular that may offend many, but I advise to persist and listen. There is more to meditate on and understand here.
I would say the work of many modern gurus in the space of personal development, and moreso in quantum healing, internal family systems, and forms of hypnosis, NLP and compassionate inquiry all utilize a fundamental principle found here: befriend the unconscious and you will heal (be whole). Osho explains a further aspect of what happens when you fulfill the subconscious.

You would have to be a fan of Osho
The way he speaks and the words he uses, I wouldn't say are poetic or even straightforward. Overall it is about intuition within the distinction of instinct vs intellect.
I found it was ok. The crowd laughing at times that were not funny, was annoying.

ok book for one listen don't expect too much
it was an ok listen to get some points of reflection yet the title of the book is in disagreement with content sometimes
