Healing with Nature!
Dang, it was the first time for me to hear about earthing and grounding and the benefits from cosistently practicing it!! I just know that nature can heal us in some ways but this book taught me the right way of doing it. I'm so thankful that I got the chance to read thiS!!

Very interesting subject
I have been fascinated by this subject for a while, after hearing of some medical success stories wth grounding, but I never really had a full understanding of the thoeries behind it. This audiobook offers a very clear background and discusses the scientific reasoning of grounding. With practical tips and soutions this is a practice that I will now incoprorate into my life. A great listen.
