Learning how to fast

Fasting is one of the things I did not understand at first. Although this audiobook best fits for my mom and sister, it can correctly give practical health advice on fasting. I learned that fasting can help heal the body and give the body time to clean when we drink water. I also learned that even doctors can tell us too fast if we will have our bodies examined or vaccinated. Fasting does help women lose weight and benefits women struggling with their weight. I like this audiobook, and I will keep it as a reference.
