I felt like I was on a roller coaster of Addiction
The best part was the end hearing the real voices and conversation with 2 of the authors!sad, intoxicating, depressing, but hope and success were achieved.

Honest Truth

Spot On
The author must have some history with family addiction or her research was impeccable. My son is a heroin addict and while I cursed the woman for her codependent idiocy, I recognized myself over the years. Excellent book, despite the fact that I sobbed my way through it. I still wait for my phone call.

Family Alcoholism Desperation in Addiction
As a person in recovery I felt that this book really puts you in the shoes of it's characters. Alcoholism is an allergy of the body & obsession of the mind triggered by the use of drink or drug.
