Me parece un libro muy completo, la autora comparte bastantes experiencias en el
Tema de la diversidad e inclusión en los lugares de trabajo. Menciona bastantes datos estadísticos de diversas fuentes. Un libro que es una ventana para ver con nuevos ojos la nueva forma de ser lideres, nuestra gran responsabilidad de guiar correctamente a nuestros equipos de trabajo y hacerlos sentir bienvenidos para maximizar su potencial.
Al final el libro también es una muestra de ser mejores profesionistas con alta calidad humana.
