5 Stars!
This audiobook is amazing! The narrator is so great at giving Mella a voice. She did an amazing job with this book, making you feel the emotions of the characters. She also made me hate Lana even more than I did when I read the ebook. Such a great quick audio I really enjoyed listening to this story!

Heart-wrenching
This is the sequel to In The Tall Trees. Mella is so brave and such an inspiration. The narrator does an outstanding job as the voice of a small child and it is told through her perspective, the world around her and as it is unveiled slowly it is heartbreaking

Our little brave girl
This is a sequel, Mella is back and as brave as in the tall trees. This is a hard story beautifully written, cuddos to Angel.
The narrator was amazing. Mella will stay with me for ever.

Emotional and relatable
This audiobook was so well done and this book was wonderfully well written. I think it takes a lot of talent to write from a child’s POV and Angel completely nailed it. I continue to love her books and my heart continues to break for our little Mella.
