Tra questi, è giunto il momento di un potente leader nero, fondatore di un culto popolarissimo, e la più temuta organizzazione del mondo, la Biblioteca, che ha il compito di cancellare le testimonianze scritte degli eventi che non sono più accaduti, si accinge a eliminarlo prima che una nuova ondata di violenze razziali dilani il paese.
