very well written about memory
This is probably the best and most comprehensive memory book I've read. Very clear instructions and it covers all the basics and most of the advanced techniques to memorize numbers, dates, formulas and even to do some tricks. I highly recommend.

There are better memory books out there. This one can be passed over.
The method to remember numbers is a little bit ridiculous. Frankly speaking, the number method was confusing and overly wordy. That is not a good way for retention of anything.
