Sono passati ormai dieci anni da quando i Rinnegati, un gruppo di giovanissimi Prodigi, uomini e donne dotati di poteri straordinari, decisero di usare le loro capacità per contrastare il caos generato dal governo degli Anarchici su Gatlon City, e riportare ovunque pace e stabilità.
