Wish I skipped right by this one
The narrator was awful and literally gave me a migraine listening to what sounded like babble. It just seemed like the story was not thought about prior to the release.

Not completly useless, but almost.
Sonewhat outdated.
Little useful information.
Quite shallow.
More important to understand our movement has a history.
