Lovers to Friends to Lovers

Riley and Danny have quite the journey in this wonderful final chapter in the Damned Connections series. Although listed as being able to stand alone, there is almost nothing in this book that will make sense without having read the Reckless Damned series as well as the previous three books in this series. These two love birds dance around each other for ages, but it doesn't feel like a slow burn, since all the slow takes place off page. Despite that, the HEA still feels more than earned. The dynamic between Riley and Danny is unique and really showcases how good friends can be without having sex. Although they do come around to that... again. Watt and Calley deliver a stunning performance, making the characters come alive, just like always.

Good ending to the series

Interesting characters, good writing. I can’t wait to see if the wolves get their own series.
