A good apetizer!
Darren's book "How to write an ebook in less than 7-14 days, that will make your money forever" (audible version) is a short, right to the point experience. Darren does not share "deep" secrets, but what is needed to write your own e-book. He is sharing some tips on how his process is, and it is a very simple and effective process. I must admit that I need a bit more meat, and some more "deep" secrets, to be fully satisfied. His process does not work for me, but it will work for alot of people, no doubt. Check it out, it is not expensive, and it is a short listen/read.
