This is a bit honest book I ever had. Many will agree I guess. Every human being have its trait and characteristics that many or some doesn't agree with it. So I am so into digging more of this one! This book did nothing but guide you in a meditation about revealing unknown truths about yourself and knowing these truths would somehow magically make anger go away with absolutely no practical application or theoretical insight. Meditate to find your truth, congrats you’ve read the whole book. I feel like this was some AI generated creation, at least it was only $2, now I know why.
