Thank you Louise Hay!!!
I planned on listening to a part of this audio not all (I had work to do). Needless to say her stories keep me wanting more. Her ability to make me feel good through her affirmations/ audio has surprised me.

Loving myself
This audio book is a repeat and referral timely piece of work put together in such a way that the Author offers continuous growth for those who read or listen to her work. I am very pleased and receiving awakening to who I am as i utilize and remind myself of the affirmations and information giving in this audio.
