Albion Burns does a great job of breaking down psychological principles in a way that’s easy to understand and apply, whether you’re looking to improve your relationships, career, or confidence in social settings.
The narration by Whispering Waves Audio is smooth and engaging, making it an easy and enjoyable listen. While some of the ideas may feel familiar if you’ve read books on influence before, they’re presented in a way that feels fresh and practical. What I loved about this Straightforward, no-fluff advice, real-world examples that make the concepts easy to apply and clear, professional narration that keeps you engaged. What could have done better are some ideas feel like they’ve been covered in other self-development books and could dive a little deeper into certain psychological principles. Overall, this is a great listen!
