Short and SWEET!
I like the fact that this man get straight to the heart of what a vision is. Too often authors use so many more words and stories and this and that than is necessary. I listened and took notes in one sitting. Now I have the basic ingredients for leading a team. It's time to get in the kitchen and start cookn!
Anyone who wants to build a team of folks that believe and are gonna fight for a cause needs to understand the things contained in this audio. I hope the time is now for you!
