I Love the VRC!

I love all of Alice Winters books, but the VRC is definitely my favorite. This book is great like the first 4, with way too many laughs to count.

More fun ensues

The VRC is the perfect combination of action , comedy and suspense. this series keeps you on your toes the entire time!
this Time we go back to Marcus and Finn, when Marcus past comes back to mess with our couple this round. the VRC is being pitted against the vampire council and lets just say it doesn't end to well for the Council. fun read can not wait to see what's next with this series.
Michael as usual does an amazing job and honestly do not know how he van do some of these lines without cracking up.

Good story. Good narration.

The focus is back on Finn and Marcus. Of course Finn has found himself in trouble yet again, and of course Marcus is ... being Marcus. Chaos happens, but not without a few uncomfortable displays of affection and property destruction. This was another amusing addition to an entertaining series.

Once again, Michael Ferraiuolo does an amazing job of adding personality to the dynamic cast of characters in the VRC series

Love this series!

This is the first Alice Winters audiobook that I've gotten. I love this series, but audiobooks are still growing on me. The narration on this is good. It really helped move the story along and I enjoyed it for the most part. I didn't love the accents for Alexei or Ender, though. Those parts were relatively brief, so it only brought my Performance rating down to 4 stars. I'll keep it in mind, though, for stories he narrates with main characters written with accents as that might be too much for me.

5 stars for the narrator

Really Michael Ferraiuolo is one of the best narrator's out there. He does an excellent job of bringing the characters to life. His narration, IMO, improves books. So he gets all my stars.

3.25 stars for the story

We are back with Finn and Marcus. There is a powerful vampire out there who feeds off of other vampires. He is part of Marcus' past. Finn's blood seems to be drawing unwanted attention. The counsel of vampires is acting suspiciously and another natural blood vampire is discovered.

My favorite parts of this story include Claude and Alexei. They are just my absolute fav couple. Don't you ever try to take either from me lol. There was very little of DeGray involved in this one that should be fixed.

love Marcus and Fin will be hoping a waiting for the next one. Alice winters is a wonderful writer. I have been going through her books one by one and I can't get enough. and the narrator has become a fave

📖 Story comment: The pace was good, story was interesting and the characters and dialog are entertaining.
Another amusing addition to the series. This Author has a formula that works - all the regular expectations have been met: Finn in trouble again ✔️, Marcus being Marcus ✔️ choas ✔️, bedlam ✔️, Claude and sparkly things ✔️, Alexi complaining ✔️, uncomfortable human interactions ✔️😆 ... bring on another one (please!)

🎧 Narrator comment: Michael Ferraiuolo does a masterful performance bringing these characters to life. He has great comedic timing, good rhythm, inflections and intonations and it's easy to distinguish the characters from each other.

Wow...

Ok first off, I'm not gonna lie, the beginning of the story was slow, but around 30% in, it got really good.

In this episode we have Finn yet again being targeted with Marcus always a step behind. At one point I actually asked how in the world one person could be kidnapped so many times, but it's Finn so I was ok with it.

We find out that the vampire corruption goes deeper than anyone realized and that Finn has super powered blood.

I enjoyed this one and cannot wait until Ender comes back cause if he can love a little girl, he can't be that bad.

As always, Michael Ferraiuolo was wonderful and I will always think of him when I think of these characters.
