Best book I've come across for financial advice.
I am going to be the next neighborhood millionaire!
I really enjoyed listening to this book.
I love that that he narrated it himself. He made it very easy to listen to; and I have a really hard time listening to books or financial advice.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for some financial guidance.

I hope Dave Ramsey and Anthony Oneal are getting royalties for this book. The only thing new or unique is that you have woven your personal story into the FPU teaching, methodology and philosophy. Very disappointed.
