I struggled to finish. Within the first few chapters you will realize that it was lazily executed and the material is everyday stuff and full on cringe.

I enjoyed most of this book, however I found it was really written for teens to men in their twenties. It’s written as if your bro is telling you how to behave with women. Also, recommends vegetarian eating plan, so he lost points with me on that topic. Overall, it’s not bad.

General life advice intended for a young man.

The first 10 minutes were hard to get through. After that it was interesting. life advice for young men. like dating and how to dress.
