The worst EVER

Absolutely the worst thing I have ever listened to. Equating Beyonce to Jesus is disgusting. Narration is atrocious and hard to listen to. I have never been so disappointed in an Audible title before. GROSS!!!!!

Don’t read it.

It’s just not worth selling your time and your great day, not listening to this a specially Irritating and surely annoying narrator. Jus not worth your time. And if it would be for one credit. Don’t even think about pressing the button buy.

Yes. I love Beyonce. And, I love that a gay man wrote this story about why so many people love her.

The message about "how" to live your life...fearlessly.

What does Zane Sanchez bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His gay sort of drag queen speech. Funny. And fun.

Did How to Be Beyoncé inspire you to do anything?

Be my best self every day, and good things will come.

Really??!!!

Thank God I got this for free. I would have been a bit upset if I had to pay for this audio essay. Nothing redeeming about it at all. The synopsis is better than the whole hour and 29 minutes since it leads you to believe this essay is about...something.

Embarrassing. It was free but the waste of time listening made even free too expensive.

How to make me not want to be Beyonce

The narrator really irked me. I wanted this book to be more about Beyonce's work ethics but instead he ranted on about fandom and obsession- I couldn't relate. As other reviews have said, this wasn't free, it was a waste of my time.

Yes, have the book reread by a different narrator.

May try another. But not if Zane Sanchez is reading it.

Wasn't able to get through 5 mins of it. So I'm unable to properly rate on the story itself. So I gave the middle star.

I'm not sure about M. Moore. Couldn't listen to Zane Sanchez past the first chapter.

A fans personal love story for Beyoncé. Who cares?

What disappointed you about How to Be Beyoncé?

How to be Beyoncé promised to be a more academic look into why Beyoncé is So wonderful. What it was was a fans tribute to her including a personal story for every point he was trying to make. It was borking and a little sad.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator added what I'm sure he thought was a sassy twang to every other word. It came off as a little desperate.

The narration was terrible. The book content may be alright on its own, but listening to it was terrible.

Would you be willing to try another one of Zane Sanchez’s performances?

Definitely not. Audiobook narration is not the career path for Zane Sanchez. The poor guy has a speech impediment and the cadence of his reading is incredibly tedious. His pronounciation of words is incorrect. For example, the word captivates was pronounced CAT-ivates.

Dumbest book ever. I only listened to get me through to my next Audible credit and because it was free. Thank God it was only an hour and a half long. The book may have been cute had I read the paper version but the audio was so bad I cringed getting through it. Next!
