This in-depth article describes simple exercises that fitness fanatics can do at home to significantly increase their lower body strength. As an experienced personal trainer, certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers (Certification Number 45582), I describe all exercises in deep detail, so that inexperienced people can modify the little things during a particular exercise that will at least double their everyday results. This article is one part of a three part series about working out in the convenience of your own home. Part Three will be about the most beneficial core exercises that I have seen clients succeed the most with. I have already published Part One, which focuses on the upper body, and encourage readers to combine the two articles to reach an ultimate physique.
