Superlative & synonyms
So very good. Dr. Jonas is a brilliant & caring doctor, researcher, and lifelong learner. I was struck by his humility. Not a demigod, as some physicians/scientists think themselves, he invites & inspires trust. He teaches through the best method of all: true stories. We learn through his successes AND his failures. So good I have ordered the print copy. In addition, I will be giving this book to others. He says little about his personal faith, but his father was a hospital chaplain, which encouraged him to recognize the power of spirituality & faith (of various kinds) in healing. I cannot say enough good things about this book, which informs and keeps our interest. Doctor, researcher, scientist, husband, father, and storyteller. His compassion permeates his healing book.

Phenomenal
I found this book to be timely , and extremely informative. Healthcare in the US has a long road ahead of itself if it is to truly become the resource it can / should be for patients.
