Enjoyable
Very enjoyable story. The dialogue was great in some spot and a little cringe in others. Some of the fights were too fast paced and a little lack-luster. However, overall I enjoyed it. The narrator was good, but sometimes the voices for different characters were hard to distinguish between. Overall pretty good and I will listen to the next book. But I wouldn’t call it a favorite. Still had a good time.

Really solid story
It’s good YA, a little angsty at times, but it comes by it honestly. I didn’t realize it was YA when I started listening, so I’m not sure if I will continue with the series, but for what it is, it does its job well.

Great book
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the whole series. The characters develop in a wonderful way and the plot is not your average dragon rider plot. Lot's of twists to keep you on the edge!

Pleasantly surprised
I was looking for a book and this series was suggested. The fact it was on Audible plus was a bonus. I very much enjoyed the story and narration. I liked that it wasn’t full of angst and the names of the characters were different enough that it was easy to follow who was doing what.
