Reuniting us will take a cross-country flight, a road trip with an angsty cat, and a hare-brained plan, but together we can catch the person who shot me. Or die trying.

Awwwh!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I loved the characters and the perfect blend of romance, action and a tiny bit of suspense. I liked the way we had a POV from all three main characters. I also loved how the side characters were brought into the story. Although I was trying to guess who the villain was, it was a true surprise at the end.

I look forward to reading or listening to the rest of this series.

This is a new to me author but Declan Winters is fast becoming one of my favorite narrators.
