The bible is like a roadmap with hidden treasures spread throughout its pages. It contains the most valuable jewels that anyone could possess. These valuable gems are the promises (phrases and statements) inspired by God himself, and they can be life changing.
God has given us his wisdom, his principles, and his promises, so that we can apply them to our own lives. When we diligently practice these truths, they can impart freedom, good health, success, and prosperity. We take these treasures for ourselves when we say them and pray them. All of heaven works together with us to make sure God’s word and will is accomplished.
We can apply these valuable treasures to our lives by hiding them within our own hearts. They help identify God as our creator, encourage and lift our spirits, increase our faith for healing, and they give us peace of mind.
Jesus used parables to explain the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. He also said to first seek the kingdom of God, then all things needed shall be added to our lives. King Solomon said to keep words of wisdom within our hearts, for they are life and health. Saying and praying God’s promises do just that! God’s promises are carriers of his love and power as we apply them to our own lives!
