i have all of Gratz's books, and recommended them to my students, but I felt unconnected to the characters in Heroes.

The story in this book was alright, nothing special. The reason I rated the book so low was how it is VERY in accurate to the attack on Pearl Harbor, the book also pushes a false agenda to Japanese-Americans during the war.
