Terrible generated voice

This was a great story but the AI voice was horrible… no expression, mispronounced words…. The author should have never agreed to this type of reading… it’s a great story and deserved to be read by an actor.

Decent storyline, terrible narration

Decent storyline but the narration was terrible! I’ve listened to several books now read by AI, and it’s absolutely abhorrent. There is no inflection, no variation in voice at all and it takes away from the story. Too many mispronunciations and errors.

Virtual voice is horrible

I have no idea if this book is good or not. The virtual voice, with its mispronunciations and lack of intonation made it unlistenable. I was very disappointed and turned it off after just a couple chapters. Huge bummer.

The virtual voice lacked emotion… I felt like I was always going back to understand the some of the situations. I hope this is not the new normal.

The story was pretty good but the AI virtual voice was boring & made it hard to distinguish characters therefore make the book unappealing.

I won’t listen to any other AI generated voice narrator. Get real people. The story is average at best but with that narrator it’s so boring. Not even sure how I finished it
