Very good

I have studied the life and times of Henry Tudor in great detail. This short but excellent biography is a very good one. This would be a great start for a person’s study of this formative and troubled time in Great Britain’s history.

Factual and interesting.

Kept your attention. I enjoyed listening to it. It is interesting to know the bare hax of all of the nonfiction that has been written about about this.

Good Read.

Great read and excellent narration. Length is quite nice for someone just looking to brush up on some Tudor history but not get weighed down with too many dates and details.

Really enjoyed this... kept getting the wives muddled a bit... but only natural I suppose. Made a good relaxing read, teaching me royalty is only human and often not too humane. Interesting. Could never get the straight of British royalty,; this helped some!

narrator's voice was almost to high to listen to.

good story, but the narrators voice was so high I had to move it to .80 speed in order to listen to it.

A sympathetic Henry

This was a short history of the life of Henry VIII. This one gives a bit more balanced version of Henry's behavior and actually make Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard sympathetic characters. We also see that Catherine's marriage was a form of revenge by Tom Boleyn as widow.

Covers his whole life

This is a overview of the life of Henry VIII. That's it! Not a bad summary, just brief. It does include some of the important aspects and actions of his reign. Not bad as a foundation if someone is not all that familiar with his life. Good enough narration.

I’m Henry the 8th I am

Compact, Comprehensive account of Henry’s life, wives and children. Nothing new here as I have read or listened to it all before. It was all a good read though and I m glad I had it

I feel like this book was a very good summary of Henry the 8th. There were a few points that I felt were potential off, but overall a very concise summary.
