What you don’t hear are the suggestions, which are embedded into the music. Only your subconscious mind will hear the suggestions.
What happens? Because the suggestions are not challenged by your conscious mind, they tend to be accepted by your subconscious mind, although they can’t make you do something you don’t want to do. To be effective, you must be favorable disposed to the programming goal. With repeated listening, the suggestions become new beliefs. Your subconscious mind will then generate the circumstances necessary to match your day-to-day life to your new beliefs. To generate further mental acceptance, you may also use this programming as sleep programming. Simply listen as you fall asleep.

Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Chapter 3 will get ya
First time listening so can’t really say if it’s working or not yet, but the music is good and chapters 1 & 2 were easy background music, and oddly, I feel calmer and happier. Chapter 3, however, had a hypnotic effect so please don’t be doing anything like driving or, well, working like I was. It’s lovely and I felt warmth over my entire being! maybe you won’t have the same experience, but I didn’t expect it so thought I’d share.
