When I started working through my emotions, it felt overwhelming. This audiobook makes the process easier. It’s full of helpful tools like grounding exercises, journaling prompts, and ways to rebuild trust and set boundaries. The steps are clear and easy to follow. What I loved most was how it included real-life stories. I like hearing other stories, so I know I am not alone. They are inspiring and you know change is possible.

Genuinely Helpful

This audiobook has been so helpful. I have been able to really take a look at myself with compassion and understanding. The audiobook addresses childhood trauma and the emotional challenges that can come from that. This book helped me to recognize that I am behaving and acting from the inner child instead of the adult me. It was explained in a way that totally made sense to me. The prompts and exercises are well-structured and they are designed to make it easy to reflect and process at your own pace. I found the strategies for trust issues and emotional regulation helpful and I feel that as I get good at making these a habit they will be effective. Very helpful book.

The Tools Needed for Real Healing

This audiobook literally spoke to me in a way nothing else ever has. I’ve struggled with past traumas for so long, feeling stuck in cycles of emotional flashbacks and trust issues... even depression. The exercises in this book are so practical and empowering-they’ve helped me set boundaries, reconnect with my emotions, and finally start to feel like myself again. I've been very interested in setting and enforcing boundaries for awhile now, and this workbook helped me with that! Happy to have this in my collection. Love that it comes with the PDF copy as well!

Easy to follow and implement strategies!

I absolutely loved the workbook! It's one thing to read a book like this and try to understand and implement the strategies but the workbook takes it to another level! The narrator was easy to understand and listen to and I enjoyed my daily sessions with this book. Not only was I able to learn exercises and strategies to correct some of my issues, but I also learned the background behind why I have them in the first place. I didn't even know some of these issues existed until I started to really reflect on what the author was saying. Must Read!
